NSA Mechanicsburg MWR Fitness is hosting a fit-family bootcamp on Wednesday, January 26 from 5 to 5:45 p.m. at NSA Mechanicsburg Fitness Center. The bootcamp is geared towards families with children ages 5 to 10 years old. This activity may also be completed at home. Join us in this family fun, fitness focused, boot camp style workout made specifically for you.
