Fit Family Virtual Turkey Trot

NSA Mechanicsburg MWR Fitness is hosting a fit – family virtual turkey trot starting on Wednesday, November 24 and ending on Friday, November 26. Spend some time moving together with this two mile family walk/run over the holiday stretch. All registered families will receive a turkey-trot survival guide which includes a warm up routine, ideas on how to complete the distance, and digital runner bibs where participants can write in what they are thankful for. Prizes for the first 20 families to register!
